There's something about getting my hair done that has always made me feel really uncomfortable. I never have understood the tactics or terminology (is this the right term? How do I say this without sounding utterly stupid), but Olivia set me right at ease! I've had a few trial & error appointments over the last few years, and finally have found the perfect person! She is super approachable, and really listens; you can tell she truly loves what she does and she cares about her clients. Amazing! Olivia is simply amazing. She listened to me and what I was looking for for my highlights, explaining to me that it may take a minute to get to where I ultimately wanted my hair to be. She did an amazing job, better than I thought we could accomplish on my first visit. She is a top notch stylist! If you are looking for a talented hair stylist, she is your gal!
