Bill does exceptional work. Was recently thinking of purchasing new dress shoes as the bulk of my older ones were a bit tattered and worn down. Instead I had Bill work his magic and he restored them basically back to brand new. Having spent considerable money on designer shoes it's great to know they will continue to last with proper maintenance from a skilled cobbler like Bill! I can't recommend him enough.

Best shoe repair shop EVER! I lived in NYC for years (there are alot of shoe repair joints there) and never found someone as talented as Bill. He makes my designer shoes look brand new again, which is incredible given how much they cost. Plus, he is the nicest guy ever and I always enjoy seeing him. Please support this local, small business and a genuinely nice human being.

Bill is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Join his email list so you don't miss out on his 15% off deal that you can stack with his website prepay deal of 5% off (total 20%). The turnaround time depends on volume, mine is a few days which seems reasonable. He also works on belts like punching extra holes etc. I was happy with my belt work and I expect I will be happy with my repaired shoes in a few days. It is street parking and it may be limited but he offers curbside service.
