I trust no one with my hair but Matilda! She has been doing my hair for more than 10 years. I began going to her when my hair was thinning, scalp was dry and extremely tender to the touch. (due to over processing with hair color) Matilda was soooo kind and patient, she took the time necessary to wash and comb my hair with such tenderness. This process went on for quite sometime, my hair stopped falling out, began growing and scalp problems went away. With her expert knowledge, she has provided me the guidance needed when it comes to how often I should color my hair, massage my scalp to increase blood circulation, etc. Thank you Matilda for your professionalism, kindness and providing a friendly and warm environment.

Driving from Riverside to Manhattan beach says it all. But why would I ? Well because when you find a hairstylist that knows exactly what you want but also is very meticulous with everything she does then I'd drive to her even if it's from that far. I absolutely love the ambiance of the salon. It's is clean, and the stylist chairs are apart away from each stylist and I don't feel claustrophobic or crammed. The welcoming smile and attitude that Matilda gives you is also another reason I follow her this far. . She makes me feel comfortable when I sit in that chair . This place is clean, the parking is at the back of the building. I like how I can get my hair colored and cut , and after go have a walk along the beach. So if your ever in the area and want a cut . I will definitely recommend this hair salon and Matilda .

From the time I walked into la dolce Vita Matilda and I found myself in such care and understanding and it's fully experienced with knowledge and the wisdom in this profession she made me feel so comfortable I felt like I can breathe I was at ease and the way she floats through the hair with her scissors just amazing and efficiency super clean great customer service bundles of a product knowledge and in many areas she's like a doctor you know with a passion and knows her purpose thank you Matilda and at the end of the day the haircut was amazing the experience was amazing I'll always be back becoming here for since 2004 thank God thanks for hair to me it's one of the first things people look at my hair and it's not like wearing a purse or you know a shirt or a pair of shoes it's amazing thank you Matilda look forward to seeing you in 2 weeks with many others
