“There's something about getting my hair done that has always made me feel really uncomfortable. I never have understood the tactics or terminology (is this the right term? How do I say this without sounding utterly stupid), but Olivia set me right at ease! I've had a few trial & error appointments over the last few years, and finally have found the perfect person! She is super approachable, and really listens; you can tell she truly loves what she does and she cares about her clients. I loved that she took time to really understand what I was saying, what I wanted, and specifically what would make me happy. I've had so many compliments about the color & cut.
