Fantastic Realtor in the South Bay! Candice is quick but thorough, efficient and very detailed. We needed to sell our investment property asap in October and not only did we close escrow December 12th, but for about $30,000 OVER the asking price! Candice is superb at fueling the bidding wars…she had 3 interested prospects on the FIRST DAY the property was listed. The photography was great and worth the wait!
