If I could give a 4.5 that's what I would give. The only reason it's not a 5 is the price. I didn't choose Best Way Plumbing because of the price, there were cheaper plumbers, I chose them because they are local and highly rated. I can also understand why they weren't the cheapest, because the service was excellent and very fast. Bob changed 2 washing machine bibs and a leaking sink valve in 30 minutes, just like he said. I choose the fast and a little more expensive rather than the little less expensive and taking a lot longer. They were also very curtious. Best Way Plumbing is just amazing. They’ve been to my house on two occasions: a blockage from my second floor to my first floor, and drainage issues from my house to the street (due to a tree). Both times: quick response, detailed explanation of services available and then provided, and excellent pricing. Just an overall great experience under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and businesses.

I called 3 plumbers and he was the only one that came out and took a look, explained what he was going to do (replaced section of sewer) and why, and got it done in the same day. Good price too
