I wasn't able to make an appointment because they don't answer their phone even though they showed "open" on line during their posted business hours. I tried four days in a row but gave up because they wouldn't pick up and have no answering machine or service. Egregious!

I was invited to come in for a consultation. When I arrived, she was quick and had another client. Then she asked me to text her regarding setting up an appointment and never got back to me. I am blown away that someone can be so rude. Her name is Kathy. No thanks, Kathy. Very unprofessional and no consideration of other people's time.

This salon will keep you safe during Covid and give the most excellent color and cut. I have been a client for 6 years and am a fan of how they have managed to take care of their clients and new clients during this pandemic. Big fan!!! Get your hair done at Aqua. LOVE
