Roxanne and Adriana are amazing! Their thoughtfulness and empathy towards my concerns about acne scarring and aging are unmatched. They work diligently to achieve the desired results and create a warm, welcoming environment that makes you feel right at home.
I found the owner of this business knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. Roxanne provided me with education, alternatives, and information about treatments and products on the market. She also prepared me for my visit so that my consultation and paperwork would be completed before I set foot in the office. Roxanne is a pioneer in the medical spa industry and and her approach to treatments seems a bit more customized compared to all other medspas in the area. Their in-house RN, Adriana, has great bedside manner and was pleasant to have a consultation with. I highly recommend this professional and warm business.
