This was not a "relaxing" massage. I didn't fall asleep. But that is NOT a complaint. I had John massage me and he was AMAZING! He hit every spot I was hurting in and hit areas I've never had massaged... in a good way! Hahaha. My husband had Jamie massage her and he was so content with Everything!

Besides the amazing massages from these talented ladies, one thing that has boosted my mood and my health is the infrared sauna at The Body synergy location. For years I have struggled with a disease that compromises my immune system. My health seems to go up and down, even though I have tried so many things; both western medicine and homeopathic options. Since trying the sauna four months ago I am hooked! This sauna makes me feel relaxed, refreshed, and most importantly re-energized. It's a beautiful addition to the spa!
