Trancas Canyon Nursery | Best Nursery in Malibu

This place is a little gem. I've been here a handful of times over the years, the last time apparently 10 or 15 years ago, since don't live in Malibu...until now when I made a special trip recalling the previous magic of this nursery. Back then it was a much larger plot, full of great plant finds. Now it has undergone a transformation.of sort. It's much smaller and there is some finishing carpentry upgrades on a couple of sheds ongoing. Definitely check it out to see what they'll use them for.

There's a selection of plants in smaller quantities then before but you're bound to find something you like.

How do I Love this nursery, let me count the ways! It is always fun to visit this place. I had another project and an idea for a counter terrarium I love but can’t seem to grow anything in it. Of course, the owner put on her thinking cap along with magic plant powers and within a few minutes made the terrarium look outstanding with her input. She completely put it together for me in minutes. It was a birthday gift from my daughter. Love this place. Can’t say enough about it.

I felt very lucky to come across this place! The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and above all they have beautiful well cared for plants at dirt cheap prices. a LOT cheaper than home depot and MUCH better quality
