Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning Service is a great firm to deal with. Tech arrived at our residence three hours after we emailed him. He installed two air conditioners for us, each of which he had to carry up two flights of stairs from our building's basement. He was quick, pleasant, efficient and neat, and when he was through, he explained exactly what he'd done and how to undo it if we ever moved and needed to take our units with us.
What a stellar company! With the temperatures being so low, And my furnace not keeping up, it could have been a real cause for concern. But Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning Service was so quick to come out and help! From the receptionist, Daizy, being so sweet and accommodating over the phone, to Oliver being so quick and personable in repairing the issue. It was nice to have the issue explained to me in layman’s terms without being belittled or talked down to. I highly recommend this company!
They are very professional and they are on time. My service technician was Dan and he showed up promptly, ready to work. He performed his job quickly, relayed all results directly and cleaned up after he was done. You couldn't even tell anything was done. I would definitely recommend Dan and Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning.
