“I have been a client of Daily Breath Pilates since 2016. The studio is very clean and is a small, comfortable space. The reformers are beautiful and well maintained. It feels like a family environment since many of the same clients and instructors have been there for years.The instructors are all wonderful and most have been with Daily Breath since the studio opened. They are so kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. The classes are challenging and enjoyable with a lot of variety. The instructors provide modifications so that the exercises are possible for everyone at any level. I am also completing the teacher training program with Daily Breath because of my love for Pilates! I have been learning so much and receiving excellent guidance from Renata who is a true expert- she is the best! The program is well organized and very informative. Renata has a lot of experience and knowledge and she shares this with her students. I am so thankful to be part of the Daily Breath Pilates community!“

“I had a client event at Erica's place for my Lady clients for Valentines Day. Erica did a fantastic job demonstrating the benefits of her facial workouts and all the different options which area available. This lady is a gift to us. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a vest knowledge of the nervous system, anatomy and energy. I highly recommend that you try out one of her treatments I can truly say you will be hooked. It is one of the best ways to relax and release a lot of the tension we hold in our faces and necks. I am a big fan. 5 Stars.“

“Natalie was amazing... she took all the time needed to assess me, my body, and all the ailments I went to her with. I went with feet joint issues, and right before going to my initial assessment with her, threw my back out. She was able to identify how all these issues were somehow linked and begin treating me to provide relief of the main issues I came to her for. She is a committed and VERY competent professional that provided me with the tools and resources to begin addressing my physical pain. I saw her in CA - even though I live out on the east coast (my friend highly recommended her to me), and If I ever have another serious kinesthetic issue, I will definitely be going back to her!!“

“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.“

“I have been going to Kathy Demac for 15 years. She is a master Pilates instructor, trained by the top people. She is also a certified Yoga therapist and certified Gyrotonic specialist. She operates out of her gorgeous studio in Agoura Hills. She is an expert in the human body. She can work with you based on your needs. You want to get ripped--she can do that. If you have medical issues, she has the knowledge and the intuition to know exactly what you need to improve, get stronger, and most importantly--not hurt you. I had experiences prior to her where the expert was not trained well enough and I got injured--but never with Kathy. She is also the sweetest and nicest person around. Best thing I ever did for my body was to continue to see her. She can see people individually or in duos. She sanitizes after every client and I feel very safe there. I finally got my husband to do too and now he won't stop. He is stronger and in better shape than when he went to the gym.“

“This is the best Pilates studio on earth!! All the instructors are amazing and the studio is absolutely beautiful. It is immaculate, and the main room has very high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with lovely views of the valley. I am 60 years old and I have never been in better shape in my life thanks to these great classes. The teachers are all very inspiring, warm and professional and play great music during class! This place is a true gem.“

“As a retired firefighter, I have visited chiropractors for years for the treatment of acute injuries or chronic back spasms. Some were excellent…others, much less so…My last chiropractor was superb, but unfortunately retired several years ago. I was very skeptical about trying someone new. My wife is a triathlete and she found Dr Schroeder last year through a friend’s referral. She has been seeing him periodically since then and recommended his services.Today was my first visit and I cannot overemphasize how professional, sincere, and genuine Dr. Schroeder and his staff are to their patients. I was welcomed and treated like a member of the family. Dr Schroeder is proficient and knowledgeable in his application of chiropractics, besides being a truly nice guy.It is a very nice space filled with really good people. “I can't believe I haven't written a review for Tyla yet. This woman is incredible. I first came to her terrified of trying something intimidating- I was worried that I would be treated poorly for not being a "skinny fit young thing" and I could not have been more welcomed!! So when I saw this Groupon lady's review below I get infuriated because her review could not be further from the truth. There are witnesses that Tyla left working her private class to the front to tell this woman someone would be right with her. She didn't even have to since the lady wasn't waiting for Pilates just the shop she rents out to a tenant. I have to say- she was not rude. She's never rude! Far from. The environment here is GREAT energy, I'm an energy worker after all and I wouldn't ever go anywhere with bad vibes. I've grown so much physically here with Tyla's help. She pushes you just far enough to always grow in your fitness journey yet she also respects when you have limitations and also modifies exercises if you're injured. I've never seen a Pilates instructor let alone a pro experienced biz owner bend over backwards more for her clients. I've met clients here who have been with her for a decade! She's the best and I highly recommend this studio. Thank you for all you do for everyone Tyla. You're selfless and loving!!“
