I am from New York. I think our salons are a bit different. We have a choice of packages like here, but less add-on options and more that fall within the package. Here in Malibu we did not have an appointment but they took us right away. I did not like the way they do your nails at the same time as you’re doing your toenails it’s uncomfortable, and it feels very rushed. It was about $200 for “the works” pedicure and the gel manicure with a French tip. The service was so so. i’ve also been to 1000 Oaks and had my nails done at Top Nail. it’s about $40 cheaper there and the service is slightly better, the atmosphere not as relaxed. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, they’ve always been incredibly friendly and professional. Only ever had 1 issue which they rectified. I use Tony for manicures and Helen for Pedicures.

I like to go on a Sunday morning as they tend to be quieter then. Like any nail salon it’s worth booking in advance, bear in mind Saturdays they’re going to be busy and trying to tend to everyone’s needs so be patient.

Great range of products and the team know what their doing.
