“As a new timer in Malibu I was blown away by the kindness and excellency in service they provided me from the front. The process for each time I visited was unbelievably efficient. All they needed from me was my phone number and my clothes were off. The clothes were ready and steamed to perfection. When my latest purchase was not done on time, Sam went above and beyond for me. He told me he drove from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood where the pants were being finished just to have them back to me Saturday. I give my upmost respect and gratitude to every single worker in that place for providing me w the best experience I could have had in Malibu.“

“I do very little business with dry cleaners. My previous experience with a dry cleaner was a disaster and I've never been back. I left a Yelp review for them. This was my first time at Murre. I dropped off a men's suit. There was no rush so I accepted the 4-day pickup date. The suit was cleaned which is all I cared about and the cost I assume was average. I didn't shop around. So with nothing to complain about I consider that a win.“

“Honest cleaner! Fast and efficient service. I came in for a white dress shirt to get cleaned up since I just came back from a friend's wedding. The pricing is low and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. His door is always open literally and parking is plenty around the corner. While I made a stop, the plaza had a pizza spot for a quick bite and a 7-Eleven for quick purchases too. Super convenient and would come back back again.“

“I am very surprised only 1 other review on here. Anyways, my jacket got ruined over at Westlake Village dry cleaners so I decided to try a different spot. They are located in the same plaza but on the side so it’s hard to spot unless you’re looking for it. The nice Korean lady took my jacket and restored it to its puffiness glory. I am definitely coming back here for my dress shirts and expensive items. Gained a new customer for sure.“

“I have been coming to tic toc cleaners for a while now. They do a great job and their turn around time is great! They even have a sign out front saying "in by 10:00am, ready same day!" Not only do I take my clothes here to get dry cleaned, but I have also gotten a lot of my clothes altered here as well. They do the job, and the price is right! I definitely trust them with my clothes and getting them back to me when I need them next, even if it seems ruched, they can do it!“
