I cannot say enough about Barb and Bulogyx. I've hired Bulogyx many times over the last few years from setting up IT in new offices to trouble shooting my internet to emergency calls - both in office space and in my home office. Barb is always reliable, fair, finds the right solution within budget, and makes things clear to understand. I highly recommend!

Barb Dijker is the quintessential pro, whose abilities far surpass repair work and coaching with regard to all the various Apple and PCs sold for home and business use. In, fact, she has a vast background ranging from working on computers used by NASA during the mission to Mars, to cofounding the Colorado Internet Cooperative and serving as its executive director for nearly eight years; being a senior network administrator at Netrack, a Colorado Internet Service Provider, a network administrator in Malibu's St. Aiden's Episcopal Church and School, and providing computing and network infrastructure expertise to a wide variety of clients. Barb not only helps individual clients with understanding and assessing their computing needs, but she is an expert troubleshooter on devices and systems, especially when it may have taken years for a variety of viruses, malware, and other issues to accumulate on the device. Added to that is her warm, understanding and compassionate nature when it comes to helping individual computer owners unravel and store the often-confusing labyrinthe of various passwords and sometimes conflicting computer applications, in addition to updating and streamlining data storage methods and additional hardware. She has an impressive educational background as well, with a degree in physics from Maryland's Frostburg State University, and post graduate work at Johns Hopkins University as well as the University of Colorado at Boulder. Barb is friendly, easy to talk to (especially in a field known for its geekiness -- it would be difficult to call her a geek, actually), and while her "higher powers" are not in the bargain basement range, neither are they unreasonably or extraordinarily high, considering all her various technical and academic certifications at Apple and elsewhere. She is organized and efficient, does not over hardware or other gadgetry or apps, and often is able to save clients money and headaches by ingeniously linking combinations of devices to serve in lieu of highly expensive (but unnecessary) technology. I will swear by her and am sure you will be pleased with style, which comes second nature to her but which makes her an awesome wizard in my mind. Hire her! Especially if you're thinking of using Geek Squad or some other money-grabbing, software wreckers who will dump all your files out of their folders onto the desktop, disorganize everything without finding a solution, and then, to rub salt into your wounds, refuse to refund your money or cancel your compulsory subscriptions to their services. When Barb walks into your office or den, the effect is as calming as a deck of fresh air after an hour of relaxing yoga.
