As a new timer in Malibu I was blown away by the kindness and excellency in service they provided me from the front. The process for each time I visited was unbelievably efficient. All they needed from me was my phone number and my clothes were off. The clothes were ready and steamed to perfection. When my latest purchase was not done on time, Sam went above and beyond for me. He told me he drove from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood where the pants were being finished just to have them back to me Saturday. I give my upmost respect and gratitude to every single worker in that place for providing me w the best experience I could have had in Malibu.

Really excellent service, very dependable, too. We had a LOT of laundry and dry cleaning, and everything was cleaned beautifully, and returned in great protective bags and coverings.Super high quality all around. I took some clothes in for dry cleaning and alterations and they did both exactly as I asked. They even suggested some better ways to alter my jeans that I hadn't thought of! Love this place! Great management by Sam!
