Our AC unit broke last week right as the temps hit 104 day after day. I called and Affordable was able to come out within two days and on a weekend. One of their owners Tom responded. He was fast, professional, and was done within 2 hours. New compressor, some Freon, and sealant for a small leak. No upselling of new products which happens with so many other companies. He also spent time answering all our questions too. Best part about it was he told us our older 2009 unit was solid and new systems are just not built to last like ours. I'd rather have someone repair my system than be sold something newer and less reliable. Highly recommend Affordable Heating and Air!

This rating is for customer service: I called today because our air conditioner went out and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice to refer us to another company because he’s about three weeks out for appointments at present.Most companies don’t do that and I really appreciate it. If I ever get a chance to patronize this business I’ll update my review and talk about the service from that aspect.

We called James at Affordable Air for a second opinion after receiving a diagnostic from another company, which claimed our unit was basically shot. James came out and determined our thermostat was the only problem. He promptly replaced it and we now have cold air! $150 fix compared to up to $9000 from the other company! I highly recommend Affordable Air to anyone who needs any work done on the AC unit. James is extremely honest and will not try to sell you a new unit when you don't need one. Thank you, James, so much for your integrity!
