I had made an appointment 2 weeks prior to get my hair done. AS soon as I walk in the owner of the place told me to wait because she was attending someone else. It was probably 30 minuets later when she called me to the back to sit in the chair. She has another lady sitting next to me and the owner proceeded to dye the lady's hair and mind you, I was already placed on the chair and has the hair catching thing was already around my neck. She then starts doing my hair and the other ladies hair going back and forth.
