My son is currently remodeling the ranch house for himself & our future daughter in law. With remodeling no one tells you that rats in the country are little SAVAGES!!! The insulation had to be removed due to how incredibly old it was but because Rat pee and you know the other part. Highly recommend Vezina Industries. My house would not cool down at all. Made 1 phone call and I can enjoy nice Cool AC now that my attic was blown with installation. R49 will Save some lives in this Summer heat.
