Adam was great. He was thorough, gentlemanly, professional, friendly, and let me say it again - thorough. He answered all my questions. Left no spot unchecked, including our broiling hot attic, and left me feeling confident and relieved about my experience. Would definitely trust Rid X with my pest control concerns and would request Adam.
Mateo was very professional and friendly. He called us appropriately 30mins before he showed up to remind us he was coming to spray our home. When he arrived he asked us if we had any specific pest problems. When I shared with him what our particular pest problem was, he recognized the pests and offered solutions and also took care of the pests I mentioned. (I.E pincher bugs and centipede looking worms).
