These guys are the best ever! I called them at 4:45 pm before they were about to close and they said “don’t worry about it, we have someone on the way right now!” We had an emergency water leak and they had a team arrive in 20 minutes. It was honestly unbelievable service. The most professional staff and efficient people I’ve ever dealt with. It still blows my mind. Furthermore, they detected a future problem and handled it on the spot. I’m beyond relieved and impressed and I highly recommend them to everyone. My repairs from a leak from the roof into my house were finished today. I can not say enough about the help and professionalism from all the Renaissance employees. I would definitely recommend them!
Renaissance was excellent. We has a water damage job in our kitchen. The team was fast, reliable, communicated well, managed expectations, transparent, and knowledgable. They were referred to us through our home owners insurance so we were worried at first but we are so glad we used them. We also needed some Plumming work done, which they refereed us to their sister company who was also excellent. I hope we don't have any other floods or damage to our home but if we do, we will definitely use Renaissance again. Thank you Dave, Jessie, Bree, Courtney, Kaily, and anyone else I forgot to mention.
