I’ve never had problems here until I got my nails done by Kathy Ho. She was very rude. She made a big deal about doing my nails the length I wanted. I asked her for short but they were cut too short n she was making a big deal about taking the nails off n putting new ones on. All she had to do was soak them off, which eventually she ended up doing. She made it seem like it was such a big task, when I’m the one paying for the nails. She then got rude with me because the color I asked her to get turned out not to be the color I wanted, as shown on the sample nails. This is my go to place for pedicures and gel manicures. The owner works very diligently to make sure customers are acknowledged. He has the employees that are hardworking. Very nice people.

I was seen right away due to coming on when they first opened. Staff is very friendly, was satisfied with my pedicure but wished the water was a bit more hot. For my full set the women burned my nails a few times with her nail drill and also cut my skin. I wasn’t totally in love the end result of my nails but they were close to what I wanted. Most likely will be finding someone and sticking with them.Services: Pedicures
