The front receptionist leaves something to be desired. I don't know why she is there. She seems bored and put out. I really liked the doctor who saw me for a prescription and for an eye infection. The person who sells and adjusts glasses was very helpful. All of the good is tarnished by the front desk girl's attitude.

This was my second visit in three years. I've found the staff friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to reccomend the Madera location. I saw the optical staff handle small children respectfully and that's saying a lot. I've found the tech Gina to be a complete asset to this office. She's the best.
