This has been my family's trusted veterinary clinic for generations—my parents brought their pets here, and now I bring my cats as well. One of my cats was diagnosed with FIV about eight years ago, and I firmly believe that thanks to the treatments provided by the doctor, my cat is still here, happy and thriving. The doctor always prioritizes the quality of life for his patients. While you do need to leave a message when contacting the office, Deborah is excellent at returning calls to schedule appointments and answer any questions.
Dr. Tom and his staff are an amazing team. A country, Doctor that takes time to show and explain in the way people can understand. His love and knowledge of animals is awesome. The calmness of my animals when we go in to see Dr. Tom is amazing compared to other places I've been.
I have been a client of Dr for years. My parents brought their cats before I was born and I have brought all my fur babies here too. Doctor is very direct and doesn't nickle and dime you. He only gives test if he feels they are necessary. Some of the cons of going to Ambrose is you have to call and leave a message to get an appointment or to ask a question. I have had nothing but good interactions with the receptionist, however I have seen her be short with people at times. The only real complaint I have is the wait to see Doctor is ridiculous. Guess it doesn't bother me that much. Been a client for over 20 years.
