I have my own reference to the nail salon where I go but today I couldn't go and I looked for this place and decided to try it. I called to see if there was space for them to give me service and they measured that yes, in less than 10 minutes I arrived and they attended me quickly. I don't know the name of the girl who served me but she did a good job. And I liked that nail tools sterilize them. Well I think so because she opened them from a sealed bag. And the service was fine.

I didn't like it, I asked for a type of nail and she didn't give me the one I asked for. When I decorated it she made me look bad because I told her that I didn't want it that way, someone else had to come and tell her how to do it and she got upset. In the end I didn't leave them the way I wanted

I started coming here in 2019 & at first they were really good as far as quality.. however, over the yrs & I as I started coming here less; I've felt as though I've had more bad experiences. They seem to always give me a tech with the least experience & I'm overcharged every time when the quality doesn't match. I have other nail techs that charge me less for better quality work; I jst come here when its convenient but everytime I'm disappointed. Please do better.
