I had the worst experience renting from this place. I called about 5 hours ahead to make a order. She asked me to send her a text with the items I wanted to rent, which I did, no biggie. When it was time to pick up, I was there about 5 min earlier. I have her a call and she was not at the shop and said she would be there in 3 mins. 15 minutes passed she finally arrived. Not a big deal. I picked up all the items signed the forms and headed to the party. PLEASE NOTE: She charges $12 for delivery and pickup. Thank you to "Francis Party Supplies & Rental's" for your service my family and I had an event and we didn't know it was gonna rain and we needed a 20x20 canopy to cover up the mechanical bull for this kids the day of not only was we able to book through Francis party supplies a few hours before our event begin this is my go to company

Very friendly and prices are good. They also deliver that's a plus. They will also pick up the next day for you.
