Well it's 12:40pm and I had a 12pm appointment. Still waiting for Mr. Soto to show. Called his number and got a recorded message that his office is open this week with limited hours. I was here during the time he said he be open. I am disappointed that no call was made to me informing me of a delay or change of schedule. Had to drive from the Valley to Lynnwood.
Update- okay, Mr. Soto actually contacted me later that afternoon telling me that he was in an unfortunate situation with his vehicle. I totally understand stuff like this happens. I have rescheduled my appointment and look forward to meeting with him when he returns.
I have been going to Juan for many years and he and his family are the best. Witnessing first hand how far they have come from when they first opened, I can sincerely say they have perfected their process. The office is professional, efficient and popular! Which is why I recommend you call ahead to schedule an appointment. The earlier in the season the better.
Love this last location they are at especially the parking situation. Happy to hear they don’t have plans to move again anytime soon.

My family has been going to Juan for years, so long that even my kids go to him! We drive every year to see him and have our taxes prepared by him--even after we moved a hundred miles away! My kids and I make it a day, and go to dinner or something afterwards to release the tension that built up preparing for "tax day". If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, I recommend Juan. He is thorough and knowledgeable--he stays updated on the laws, etc. He doesn't pay much attention to the aesthetics of his office, but that's okay with us! (He moved to an accessible space after I couldn't climb up to his old one--the elevator at the "new" place is a bit sketchy, but at least there's access!)
