I don't understand the low ratings. But I can tell you THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST. Once your Insurance is verified, you are good to go. I was seen within 10 minutes, I was speaking with the Dr. Who's BEAUTIFUL, within another 10 minutes. I was being treated within 5 minutes of our conversation. And because my treatment took close to an hour, I got a chance to see how, personable, friendly, and the work that goes behind an Urgent Care. I would definitely recommend it and if ever I am in need again. I wouldn't think twice about where I will go.
I visited the clinic 13 days ago. I had good experience, no wait time. Staff is friendly. This will be my to go to Urgent Care. Sad, I had to go to another clinic today due to the insurance frequency allowed. It's not office fault. Thank you, Dr. Allen and staff, for your kindness.
This place is #AWESOME ??The Nursing Staff & Dr. Eugene Allen were so helpful during my visit! His analogies were on #POINT?? I don't want to c them anytime soon. I was so impressed w/their professionalism that I brought them some fruit & water!!! THANKS ?
