Our experience was generally good when requesting a mortgage loan, unfortunately we decided to cancel for personal reasons, but we received the refund of our monthly payments in a timely manner (with the penalty of course, as indicated in the contract). Tip for people: This is like a batch, it is not a conventional bank loan and the maximum amount to lend depends on the group in which you are. Read the contract very well to avoid surprises.
