Most offices never explained my financial obligation in an understandable way. Until now. And as for the doctor, I was always disappointed in the results. Not with Dr. Z. I broke a front tooth and Dr Z did a masterful job patching it. The office staff is pleasant and very efficient. We are very pleased we found him.“

“We found Dr Keith through a referral and we are so pleased! Our 2 year old needed to have a tooth looked at and she had a lot of fear around the dentist. Everywhere we went for consults it was recommended to us to have her put fully under to to be able to even do an X-ray :( we went to Dr Keith and not only did she do great with the X-rays and the cleaning but she didn't want to leave!!! The staff are all amazing and Dr Keith explained everything around the treatment to us and put all of our concerns to rest. This place is amazing! Dr. Easterbrook , Michelle his hygienist, and Julie his assistant have been nothing but warm, supportive, caring, and professional. I was absolutely frightened to go to the dentist because of past experiences and his assistant Julie had me laughing and comfortable by the time she finished X-rays. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.“

“Five stars. Not going to lie, I've been putting off finding a dentist for a few years. The task in and of itself feels so daunting... and i just couldn't pull the trigger. BUT, I'm glad I finally did. Not having been to a dentists in a few years thanks to a move and the pandemic... I was extremely pleased to find The Cold Springs Dental team. I had my first appointment today and from the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff at the front desk- to the actual dental team offering the 5 star care... it was a relief and a pleasure. The team at the front desk has been wonderful about reaching out and trying to get me in sooner than later. They have been flexible and on point with every action they have taken. The dental team was equally and more importantly knowledgeable - spoke to me in terms i could understand and reviewed my dental pictures, etc in detail. They were also great about providing options for teeth whitening when I inquired and I really feel like they cared about my needs. My husband had his first appointment and cleaning today as well and raved about the care he got once he was done. It's hard to find a dental team who really cares about you and shows it. One who works with you and really makes it about the customer and what is important. I am extremely happy with our choice to seek out care at Cold Springs Dental and would highly recommend making them your dental team if you have the chance to do so.“

Wow so I had a cracked tooth got root canal then cap at the place across from Dr Matt, well unfortunately the crack continued it got infected I was put on antibiotics immediately which was ok I was told that it might happen basically the dentist called it a hail mary & let's hope it works, it did for a good 9 months, I went in to Dr Matt to have tooth removed WOW was I nervous! I was calmed very quickly by Dr Matt's staff! Then he came in to remove tooth I got numbed up really good then he pulled my tooth out, he told me it was out I said Wait it's out???!!! I am so impressed with Dr Matt and everyone here. Super friendly they listen to you talk with you inform you and continue to check on you the whole time! Very clean knowledgeable happy place! I'm actually NOT afraid to go to the dentist anymore!!! I feel like I won the lottery! Lol, so I highly suggest you give them a call and book an appt if you need a great dentist!!! “I cannot say enough great things about this dentist office or the people there. I went yesterday for my first time to have a cavity filled and was super impressed. The staff is so warm and welcoming and the Doctor was incredible. They have a new way of numbing you up that not only works but is the only way to go. “I just recently made the switch to Dr. Little, after hearing great things from two different people. I had the BEST experience I've ever had when I had two cavities that needed to be dealt with. When I say that it was almost pain-free, I mean it. I am a Registered Dental Assistant who has worked in many dental offices and also have had a LOT of dental trauma in the past, so I feel like I have a decent understanding and past experiences to give Dr. Little this 5-star review. He uses a technique of using a machine to give local anesthetic instead of the very large syringe that scares most people. It was given so slowly, that I forgot he was even doing anything and at one point I felt so relaxed that I was drifting off. Never has that ever happened. He also makes sure you're part of the entire process, where he describes what he's doing at any given moment. The front office, dental assistants, and hygienist are all so kind and helpful too!“
