“I reside in an older home in San Luis Obispo. I and my family enjoy our home, however we some serious and what looked to be expensive issues facing us. This involved two separate areas of concrete cracking in our garage and on the side of the house. One contractor told us that the both of these areas would need to completely ripped out and new concrete would need to be poured to repair these issues. I connected with Chris Isler and his crew from CRI & Associates. They assessed the cracked areas and they advised me that concrete replacement wasn't necessary at all and that they could repair the cracked areas to as good as new. In addition to their repair. CRI did an amazing coating over on garage floor (their suggestion). This was a huge upgrade and I have received many complements on their work. CRI also did some other decorative upgrades to the side of the home. The quality of CRI's craftsmanship is outstanding and they saved me thousands of dollars.
