Great service. We had our kitchen recently outfitted with Miele appliances with minor but "need to get fixed" issues, and have had both Toby and Bob over at different times. Very happy with their service. I want to give a shout out to Bob, not only for his jokes, but for his do-it-yourself maintenance suggestions for all of our appliances. My refrigerator’s drawer freezer looked like it had been in a snow storm. Toby Howland responded and was very Polite, efficient, and overall did a great job.
