Tad Espinosa and his son did a great job cleaning the ductwork on our rental, in which the tenants had smoked. They did a very thorough job. Tad took apart the h-vac and cleaned it inside and out. Checked and corrected some leaks, and went well beyond expectations.

FIRST PLEASE IGNORE THE ONE STAR REVIEW! THAT WAS A PERSON UNKNOWN TO TAD AND IS A FALSE REVIEW!! WHY? That person is in so. Ca. ! Do not believe it. Tad and Greg are outright the best in their field!! These guys went far beyond the call of duty in many ways! I called based on Royal Aire recommendation because of a leak coming from a ceiling register! I was also interested in the duct cleaning they offer! Not only did they locate the problem, but found two other separate issues from the leak from the vent! Including a huge leak under a bathroom sink! They were so very thorough that they found it! They also discovered both my AC pans were leaking! Not only had they come the Monday after I called on Friday, they stayed hours upon hours fixing every issue I had, which they weren't there to do! PLUS cleaned the ducts so I wouldn't have to make a separate appt later!! They're both friendly and knowledgeable on top of it! Not only all of that, but my bill was incredibly reasonable! No gouging on labor, or extras for no reason! Its so rare to come upon such awesome service now as they did that day! Guaranteed work too! I've never been as happy with a service as I am with these guys! I really can't say enough good things. If I need help again, I'll only call them. And kudos to Royal Aire who I also used, for recommending them! Exaggerating? Maybe! But honest! People hardly want to work anymore, much less hard! Charging fair prices! So it's awesome when you find a gem like these guys! Having our own business, I know!!! Highly, highly recommend! And NO! I didn't already know these guys! This is a valid recommendation!

Tad and his Son did an excellent job. They gave more than a fair price and went above and beyond what I thought they would be doing. When they found mold in my unit and duct , they advised me that the duct would have to be replaced and the unit would have to be cleaned extremely well. Any other heating and air company would want to replace the whole unit as well. They saved me big money and I highly recommend them!
