For the last three years I have been a customer of Warby Parker and I have been treated so well. Whether it’s in SoCal or the Bay Area every store that I have been to the customer service has been wonderful. Today’s visit at Old Town Los Gatos was no different. I had to replace some frames today and Greg was able to help me out tremendously. Thanks brother! Their prices and product are worth every penny and to top it off the customer service is excellent. I needed to get my eyes checked. Searched online, got the app and tried some glasses virtually. I saw I could make an appointment online at a nearby store, so I scheduled one; all in the app.
The store was very welcoming and cozy. The optometrist and attendants were very nice and kind. The optometrist took her time with my exam and explaining my condition. Cherry on top, glasses and frames are affordable.
