This place really fell off after the pandemic. It's like a ghost town here, and the service is non-existent.

Felipe Cruz has been handling my business banking for a couple of years. He is highly professional and goes the extra mile in getting things done. The downtown Los Gatos branch is the best branch of US Bank and everyone there is a pleasure to work with.

Went in to the bank and dealt with the branch manager Felipe Cruz. I should have known when insaw him wearing a hat in the teller line that he wold be unprofessional. However we were advised that he was the only one that could help with a big check that we needed to deposit. Long story short... as a branch manager he knew nothing about handling the transaction. We sat in the lobby and waited a long time while he made some phone calls. After that we followed his advice on his to do the transaction- days after nothing happened!
