Julie is amazing! Communication is fantastic. Super clean facility even before COVID. If anyone is thinking about training again and doesn't want to go back to the big gym. New Basis is the perfect place. One on one training with the owner and Julie will modify your training to what your body needs. I have been with Julie now for 3 years.

Julie has changed my life.I began training with Julie (and now some sessions with her other awesome trainers - Christie and Jose) last May. The difference physically and mentally has been amazing!The focus on good habits, proper training and form, balance in lifestyle, and accountability and support has made all the difference.The New Basis does not trade in rigid diets, but approaches fitness from a more holistic view. I went with to The New Basis for a workout and I liked since the first day, one on one coaching and working out. it has helped a lot I thought by eating right to loose weight but I had to understand is that working out 2-3 days helps out a lot. I definitely would recommend this place the coaches are great to workout with Christy and Jose
