Peninou French Laundry & Cleaners

I have had 5 Hermès scarves cleaned here - 3 were over 20 years old. All I can say is that they got the stain out without ruining the 90" silk scarves. These were items that I cannot replace and have sentimental value. I don't know what process they use, but the items came back with my food spills removed. Have also had success with Cashmere sweaters and stain removal without damage to the sweater. One item was sent back and the stain was removed. I use this cleaner for my items that cannot be replaced and that must be cleaned. I was also called by the business when my item needed more time which I appreciated.
