I recently had a challenging experience with Peninou. A dress I had brought in was ruined when I went to pick it up. Partly the manufacture's fault and partly Peninou's. I have resolved the issue with them in a satisfactory way. I am writing this review today however to compliment the wonderful customer service I received from the gal at the front desk, Hilary. She was caring, concerned, helpful and very reliable. They are lucky to have her representing their brand.

I have had 5 Hermès scarves cleaned here - 3 were over 20 years old. All I can say is that they got the stain out without ruining the 90" silk scarves. These were items that I cannot replace and have sentimental value. I don't know what process they use, but the items came back with my food spills removed. Have also had success with Cashmere sweaters and stain removal without damage to the sweater. One item was sent back and the stain was removed. I use this cleaner for my items that cannot be replaced and that must be cleaned. I was also called by the business when my item needed more time which I appreciated. Service has been helpful and quotes for cleaning accurate.
