I had the most horrible experience here. Sabrina butcher-cut my hair and did a horrible job adding random thick highlights all over my hair. When I specifically asked not light, natural highlights. Sabrina didn't even texturize the cut, this is the most basic part of a hair cut. She chopped off half of my hair, so it looks like half of it is long bangs while the other half is long over the shoulder(was she going for a mullet???). There's NO symmetry at ALL! There was no technique, no style and no integrity in her work and the rest of the staff. They don't want to take responsibility for a horrendous job. Which is the worst part of it all. This "studio" shows no accountability with unexperienced or lazy hair stylists. Over priced and atrocious quality! I want to speak with the OWNER!
