I've been struggling for months to get rid of a hip injury triggered by long-distance running. Kelly has helped loosen up the area, and I feel so much better! My neck and shoulders were locked up and I was getting headaches and was walking around in a fog. Kelly's expertise in massage and manipulation worked wonders. I'm now clear headed and I have much more range of motion. She also educated me on some stretching to help my body feel better and to help my posture. I've been seeing her for close to 20 years and every time she gives me relief from my pain. I highly recommend Kelly!
