Juliet Tablak is a wonderful primary care health professional. We had not found a doctor of her vast knowledge and ability since our previous chiropractor who was in practice working until the year his passed away at 95 years old.
Dr. Tablak has a well rounded and full understanding of the human body - how it works and how to get it well. She far exceeds the standard chiropractor who only adjusts the spine. She provides a full line of supplements right on site if needed, she also suggests products to help support wellness from other sources than her own, as well as and even suggests items at times needed from a local pharmacy!

Dr. Tablak is an incredibly knowledgable and compassionate doctor. She listens carefully and takes her time with each patient. Not only do I refer my clients to her often, I also benefit from her expertise and services myself. The office staff are professional and warm and her center is comfortable and beautifully decorated.
I’ve suffered from back pain and hip pain for at least 5 years now. I also have neck pain and right arm nerve pain that’s been going on for over a decade. I’ve done physical therapy a few times which helped a little. I’m a veterinarian so my work is taxing on my body, but now I’m also very pregnant. I started coming in to see Dr. Provost about 2 months ago (when I was almost 7 months pregnant). I was extremely nervous starting so far along in my pregnancy but she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything before we did the first adjustment. She has been such a blessing!!
