I was in town for a business meeting and got to sneak in an appointment for a blowout. If you're not familiar with what a blowout is - it's basically a hair styling service that includes washing, blow drying and styling your hair into your desired style. Because of my busy, on-the-go lifestyle, getting a blowout is convenient and makes my life easier because I don't have to worry about my hair for days.This shop is absolutely gorgeous and clean. I've been a Drybar customer for over 10 years, and a "Barfly" member on and off for the last 6 years. This location is fine, as they have many stylists and an appointment is fairly easy to come by, even at the last minute. However, not all stylists can handle all types of hair, and I think it's really important that be noted. I've been to this location nearly a dozen times since they've opened, even though the Santana Row location was my preference before they closed last year. I've never really received the same quality blowout from the same stylist twice, with the exception of Kylie (who's an absolute doll and my favorite blow out stylist). I've been coming to the Los Gatos location for about a year now and it's always easy to get an appt and the staff is always so kind and does an amazing job! They don't charge more for blowing out longer hair which I really appreciate!
