Don was the selling agent for a house that we recently bought. During the whole process, we were VERY UNSATISFIED with the jobs he did. On the final walk through day, we were surprised to find out the whole house had all the utilities shut down, so there were no electricity, no gas, no water, no anything, and we were not able to test any facility of the house. On the closing day, after all the documents were signed and all the money was settled, he didn't give us keys; upon asking he didn't even know where the keys were.
