I've attended several events here- all wonderful! Women's Sister Circle of Heart & Joy with Erica Valentine and Healing and Trauma Releasing Yoga Fusion with Live Music with Joanne Varni - both so different and delightful. The music at the healing trauma event added so much. The circle of joy event was fun, energizing. I recommend both!
Lots of options for yoga classes. Beautiful studio. Great atmosphere. A juice bar. I came here specifically for aerial yoga. It was new and totally fun. It was very safe. The instructors were knowledgeable. I found the studio to be very clean. There are cubbies outside of the classes so that I could leave my stuff. It's been a really nice area in Los Gatos. Super safe, plenty of parking. They have a free first class. I definitely recommend signing up and trying it out.
Absolutely amazing!! I registered for the Women's Circle in December with Erica. No words can express the experience shared amongst sisters navigating this path called life. I got exactly what i came for. Yoga poses to open your heart space cacao ceremony, dancing to release all negative energy, vision boards, and a beautiful sound bath led by Erica. Im signing up again in March to include two of my best friends to share in the experience. Highly recommend registering for this event and any events offered in this beautiful space.
