We were first time home buyers and were really lucky to have connected with Astha. Astha helped us buy our first home in Sunnyvale, CA. She is incredibly quick with her responses, so much so that we always felt like we were her top priority. She is very skilled in what she does and she was always available to patiently answer our endless questions throughout the entire process. She was even available to do multiple visits to the houses we were interested in (and even in cases where we ended up not bidding), sometimes urgently within a few hours of the house being listed on MLS. What I really appreciated was that no question was beyond them - either they knew the answer themselves or they knew someone who knew the answer. She allowed us to proceed at our own pace and never pushed us to make an offer on any house. She had our lenders speak to the sellers which turned out to be crucial in us winning the bid. She also had great suggestions for remodeling and contractor contacts that came in really handy for us. On closing day, we were touched with the most beautiful gifts she surprised us with. We would definitely be buying our next home with her :)

Astha is one of those rare real estate professionals who are personally vested in the process. They look at properties as if they are buying for themselves.As a buyer we were extremely happy at how the whole process went. From sourcing for locations, properties to getting all the relevant comparables on time, to doing physical property checks and documents review, agreeing on bidding pricing to finally closing the transaction everything went like a clockwork.At every stage she would give the pros and cons and some places point out things that would automatically reject the property keeping our interest in mind. Overall very happy with her and ended up buying a good property and highly recommend her and will work with her again as needed.
