Jeff works with them for any Oriental or area-rug cleaning his clients request.) Unlike the carpet cleaning service that I had been using, Jeff answered the phone (live) and we scheduled the cleaning right then. He did a fantastic job on our carpets. He incorporates a special cleaning step (and machine) that lifts the fibers (?), and the end result is "fluffy," like new carpet! I was very impressed with the service All Pro Carpet Cleaning offered. I have tried other carpet cleaners in the past, but they did not hold up to their reputation. I was so excited when I found out about their services, and I am happy that they made my house look so clean!
