This rating is not for the service Marcus has provided. It didn't even get to that point. Marcus approached me letting me know that he has a slot for a grooming session after I sent out a yelp request for a grooming appointment for my dog. It was all pleasant. I specifically asked for a confirmation via email or text that the appointment is set. He told that he would text me the day of the appointment. Nothing. I texted him before I drove to San Jose to this location. No response. Door is locked, no one answered the call and he wouldn't respond to the text on yelp as this was the only place I had some contact with him. Disappointed, I drove back after leaving a message that I came here and no one's here. Apparently there was some scheduling error which he failed to notice or let me know until after I came to the location and couldn't even find someone to open the door. I told that this is pretty ridiculous and he could have told me earlier. His response was "I am human. I make mistakes." I said, I expected better, but he says "what else do you want?" Thanks for the neat experience, Marcus. Keep up the attitude.

I was in dire need of a dog groomer and I ran across this location and let me tell you !!! They were super nice when greeted . Also loved their work that they did on my pup ! I was super skeptical at first because it was a new spot he wasn't similar with but by the looks of it , he did very well . Coco came out looking his best . I did not see any cuts Either ! I definitely recommend this place for your little guys

Highly highly recommend him. I went to 3-4 groomers before but my dog has anxiety and is so scared to stay with others so they rejected her and told me to take her to the vet. But I had one last hope and it was with Dogfathers and right when I walked in I knew this was the right place for my baby. He was trying to communicate with her letting her know it was safe and ok to stay. The out come was amazing as well and not at all pricey. So glad i found a groomers for my dog.
