Luxurious space with all of the props needed for a gradual and fulfilling practice.I have taken classes with Lara, Gaia, and Jennifer. All three are excellent with their own spin, and for beginners I especially recommend Jennifer’s very precise and gentle style. I have been coming here for two weeks and have been pushing my edge the entire time - and it shows in my strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
Yoga Bliss the best studio. Great teachers, nice spaces marked off for safety, always learning correct alignment, and just a clean and fun place to practice. The owner is tops in my book.?
Yoga Bliss was one of the best yoga studios I've been to. Lara is very kind and competent instructor. I really enjoyed taking her classes especially vinyasa+yin. Sometimes it was mildly challenging and at times I came out of the studio drenched in sweat. Very good balance between restorative and vinyasa. It's a very clean studio with not too many people. I love Lara's teaching style. Unfortunately I'm moving to the valley, so I can't come here anymore, but would recommend to anyone who are starting yoga or/and who have experiences and want to take a chill yoga classes to ease your mind, body, and soul.
