Wonderful instructors and facilities here facilitate inwards journey, healing (marma and Ayurveda programs) and celebrates the spirit of community through myriad of programs and events (Full moon meditations, International yoga day, Shivaratri etc). The Art of Living part 1 program and silence retreats are just amazing, I have taken and volunteered several times in last several years. I also recently attended world culture film festival and had a great experience! And it’s always a treat getting to be around Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar whenever he visits here, attending meditations and wisdom sessions with him in the magnificent dome!“

“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. I had my right leg lengthened eight times as a child and consequently have had chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy and compensation patterns that make it very difficult to concentrate, breathe, sleep, or plan beyond the next 3-5 days— without me needing to say any of that, Jack put hands directly onto the persistent thorn in my side, released it with what I can only describe as lasers coming out of his fingers, and then proceeded to put the rest of my bones back into place. My hips move, my eyeballs track, my heel is in contact with the ground. There are elements of massage and osteopathy but there’s something else that’s in a league of its own— it was so effective for me that I’m now making life moves to study it formally. “I had a Somatic Yoga class with Dr. Bobbi Jones here. It was so clensing and fun! I found myself releasing my pain, relaxing, and feeling so good afterward. We even received a free resistant band at the end. Just so long, as we said something kind to ourselves in a small mirror. They also provided all the materials like clean yoga mats and sitting pillows. Best self care event I've been to in a minute!“
“Well this the first time I’ve ever done this and it was amazing. The way she was spot on with so many things in my life. I was really locked in with what she had to say. I didn’t tell her anything about me and the accuracy of the things that she was talking about was 87 to 93% accurate. I would definitely recommend trying this out if you’re interested and even if you’re not, you might be surprised I’ll definitely be back thanks a lot.“
“I have severe sciatic pain and I work a lot while managing a yoga studio and teaching so I never really get the chance to fully relax and recover. I know what poses to do but I needed something else to help my body recover. Missy intuitively knew the exact spots where I needed work in my body, and my hamstrings and glutes felt so much relief afterwards. The mobilizations she did were great too. I guess I knew that I needed to relax more, but this experience really drove it home. I was going to do a workout today but now I'm going home and giving myself a break!“
“I love their Springboard Pilates. The instructors are engaging and challenging and really supportive. The space is cute and very relaxing. I'm sad they're moving but they will be offering their reformer classes in their new site for the new year.“
