Music playlist is always on point, it’s always a vibe when training, everyone is so friendly including the gym owner who always checks in to make sure you are having the best experience. 100% recommend to anyone looking for actual results!!“
“I visit all yoga box Studios in San Diego, currently the one I visit the most is the one in Chula Vista. They recently opened and I really like Robert’s flow. His classes are very intentional, you are not only working out, you’re also leaving there with inspiration and a positive outlook. Another reason why I love the practice.“

200 S Los Angeles St Suite E, Los Angeles“The program itself feels gentle and may seem simple at first, and I don’t always leave with the sensation of an intense workout. That said, I’ve come to appreciate that Pilates emphasizes mindfulness, body awareness, and intentional movement. Through repeating the exercises, I’ve learned to better understand my muscles and how my body moves as a whole. Overall, the experience has been positive for both my mind and body.“
“The Art of Living LA center is an epitome of bliss. Various wellness & meditation programs / workshops offered are a boon to mankind. Weekly wisdom nights which are open to all give you that perfect environment to be with your own self which is so rejuvenating. If you are looking for solace, then definitely plan to attend one of their workshops and you would find what you are seeking.“

I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this one was so well managed, so welcoming. The parking in the garage is free And your first class they lend you towels and a mat“

2023 Bay St, Los Angeles“Sooooo... I drank the Crossfit Kool-aid. After years of watching my husband practice this crazy sport, I finally gave in.
I am not now, nor have I ever been a sporty person. I started coming to Mixtape for their yoga classes. Loved it. I then moved on to spin classes. Yes! I can do this. Now I'm doing the crazy WOD (Workout of the Day). I'm actually doing things in the gym I would have never thought I could do.
The coaches are without exception knowledgeable,
approachable, and encouraging. They modify and accomodate the workouts to your level of fitness. The facility is not like a typical chain gym, but it is clean and welcoming. But the NUMBER ONE REASON why I keep coming back is the sense of community that Coaches Sadie and Jason have fostered in their business. The inclusivity and comaraderie and overall lovefest I feel here are everything. Having a cruddy day at work? Come to the box. Relationship woes? Come to the box. Too many tamales? Come to the box. You'll sweat. You'll laugh. You'll feel better. Did I mention this is a dog-friendly spot? Seriosuly... come this box!!!“

11500 W Olympic Blvd Suite 640, Los Angeles“Grateful for Re+Active PT - A Heartfelt Thanks Yesterday, Sam’s last official session at Re+Active PT was bittersweet. We are incredibly grateful for everything they've done for him. From the very first day we walked through their doors, they welcomed us like family. The team not only helped Sam manage his physical struggles but gave him back a sense of joy and confidence we hadn't seen in a long time. Sam even gave them a special thank-you gift: pens, keychains, and bookmarks he made, which he handed out to the staff. It was a beautiful moment to see their smiles in return, knowing he had a part in making their day. ? While this chapter of the 8-week program has officially ended, we’re not saying goodbye to Re+Active. We plan to continue visiting and, as we’re able, schedule additional sessions. They’ve been such an integral part of Sam’s journey, and we can’t wait to stay a part of their community. ?“

All of their instructors are very professional and passionate about their practice and you can feel the energy!Parking is a bit tough, but don't let that deter you away from coming. If you are local, I'd recommend walking or biking here!“
“Love this studio and being able to efficiently get a unique, full-body workout in half an hour. The instructors are all very knowledgeable. Parking is easy in a garage with validation. Benches are convenient and have phone chargers. Don't forget to bring grippy socks! Grippy socks and water are available for purchase if you forget.“

11825 Major St Suite 107, Los Angeles“I am so pleased with the quality of the therapists at Evolution in Playa Vista. Their knowledge of how to help clients get the best results is wonderful. However management/owners do not keep the facility clean. To expect the professional staff to do the cleaning is really out of line and shows a certain lack of respect for their employees. That's what cleaning companies are for Would management/owners be willing to clean themselves?“
7AM - 2AM
945 S Bedford St, Los Angeles“Well this the first time I’ve ever done this and it was amazing. The way she was spot on with so many things in my life. I was really locked in with what she had to say. I didn’t tell her anything about me and the accuracy of the things that she was talking about was 87 to 93% accurate. I would definitely recommend trying this out if you’re interested and even if you’re not, you might be surprised I’ll definitely be back thanks a lot.“

1337 N Sierra Bonita Ave, Los Angeles“What a gift to get to work with Ksenia! I wanted to get re certified for level 1 and 2 again. I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly detailed in sharing her knowledge, the workbook, and how to give a full session. There was a lot of practical experience that I appreciated but also a big focus on following our intuition.I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to get certified for Reiki!“

245 Main St, Los Angeles“I was a charter member of Yogaworks from 1987 till they closed their doors in 2023, when I joined Shefa. If Yogaworks reopened today I wouldn't think of leaving Shefa. The facilities and the family-style run operation makes the studio like a second home to me. I have three adult children who followed me to this excellent studio. L A's best yoga studio by far.“

The amazing staff ( Owen,Charlie, and Christine and Arianne) were incredibly helpful, patient and encouraging in improving my range of motion and building up the strength in my legs. It's nothing short of a miracle that I'm back on the hiking trail as if the the injury never happened.“

11747 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles“I took Jenn's class this morning and it was lovely. I haven't taken an aerial class in a few years so this class was even harder than I anticipated, but I loved the challenge! I used to frequent their location in Weho but actually prefer this location more. I loved the layout of the studio and the silks are properly placed so you don't have to worry about hitting your neighbor accidentally! The silks were clean and smelled fresh. The studio in general was well kept and well maintained. I loved the combo of conditioning, tricks and stretching. Jenn was also very attentive and helpful. It was such a great fun workout and I felt sore after! There's easy 2 hour parking during the day on side streets, just watch out for street cleaning!“
7:15AM - 12:30PM
8231 W 3rd St, Los Angeles“The best pilates studio in LA, my first class was Heated full-body burn with Natalli Reznik. Love her! the class was great, she's a great instructor, I loved her vibe and the music! My second class was with Abe Ahern, he is amazing, he is challenging and so professional, it was also a great class! The staff at the front desk one of them was really nice! but the other one was rude. She was not welcoming at all. When I was leaving I said thank you and smiled at her and she completely ignored me. I did not like that. But other than that, I do recommend this studio.“

731 S Spring St #600, Los Angeles“I'm here for the weeks unlimited ($25) 5.22-29th. First impression: I like it a lot. It's a wonderful space of rooms teaching both heated and non-heated classes sans humidity. The word serenity comes to mind. As soon as you come in you are immediately greeted with a precipitous staircase and a embedded bronze placard proceeding warning you to "watch your first step". There are some commercial entities that have mastered the art of environment. Places where as soon as the door closes behind you shutting out the city bustle you've left behind you are almost transported to another place. I've not yet been to a space accomplishing this better than Boheme Yoga.I will of course update this as the week progresses. But they also teach pilates here so already, having had my very first P class ever only today, I'm a little in love with this place. It is what you think of when you imagine yoga studios: Discreet, quietly dignified and powerful in its certainty of being just exactly what it is: I tranquil place for serious minded yogis to come further stretch push and condition their bodies. All of them claim it, this feels already, as if it's actually accomplished and provided a safe space where perhaps there could actually be a 'community' of like minded people who do more than just sweat and endure together.Everyone here also seemed to have invested in good quality mats (as opposed to the yoga interlopers who've not yet decided if this is for them a short-term indulgence or life-long lifestyle commitment). And boy, not for nothing, but after corepoweryoga it was just nice to see a green lit water filter again. lol“
