I needed help with setting up my email account on my computer. Alex responded to my email within 15 minutes. My computer was being wonky but Alex didn't give up. He spent an hour working with me and didn't stop until it was fixed. Great service!

When my employer started our firm, we were referred to Xylem by a friend who had a very good experience with their services and I have to say, they did not disappoint! Their technician set up our server, email accounts and other various systems. All work was handled in an extremely professional and prompt manner. Subsequent to the initial set up, we have required more help and guidance and Xylem has been there every step of the way.
